In order to create an optimal learning environment for all students, we must define what we as a school community believes that looks, sounds, and feels like for both the adults and students. When we establish a shared understanding of what an optimal learning environment entails, we can use that mutual agreement as the starting point for conversations, and a lens through which we can make decisions to guide our work together.

Staff will:

Participate in a scavenger hunt to learn more about each other.
Discuss desired student outcomes in various learning activities.
Summarize a unified vision for students based on the discussions.
