OVERVIEW

As a leader, one of the most important things we can do to set our meetings up for success is to create group norms. Group norms are a set of agreements outlining the expectations of how members will work with each other and how the group will work overall. Having a set of group norms that are revisited each meeting increases productivity at meetings through providing clarity in the behaviors and expectations for the individual and collective team. This meeting plan will help you lead your staff through a collaborative process to establish group norms for the adult learning community.
